HR Director - SC market Job Opening! HR Dir for Myrtle Beach, SC. 100k-110k salary range + relocation Must have Hospital HR exp. 40+hospital beds Reports to CEO. Will have a HR Coordinator reporting to position. Over two hospitals. Relocation is provided. Overview: The two hospitals are about 45-50 minutes apart from one another. Travel to both locations will be required throughout the week. The commute must be reasonable. Must have at least 3+ years experience as an HR leader with direct reports (HR manager and above experience only). Needs overall HR experience and not just experience in one area of HR (e.g. only having Benefits, Talent Acquisition, Compensation or Employee Relations Manager) Need to be experienced with employee relations investigations, leave of absence, compliance, regulatory requirements, etc. Bachelors degree or higher required MUST have recent healthcare experience! Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and/or SPHR certification is preferred. Position Duties Plan, organize, and oversee all facets of the Human Resources department to ensure equitable treatment of all employees, in compliance with legal requirements and company policies. Assume responsibility for fostering an inclusive and productive work environment and culture. Implement employee programs, policies, and procedures. Serve as a valuable resource to department managers and other employees, acting as the liaison between Home Office HR and hospital management. Coordinate staff education programs, oversee workers' compensation program, and assist with benefits administration. Direct hospital recruitment and retention program to ensure availability of appropriate staffing resources. Serve as a resource to department managers and other employees.
