Silver Lining Marketing, a dynamic direct marketing powerhouse committed to creating impactful fundraising and brand representation for non-profits, is looking for an empathetic & detail-oriented Client Relations and Customer Service Associate in Gretna. This essential role in our Charity campaigns will directly involve you in providing outstanding support & cultivating strong relationships with individuals who contribute to meaningful causes. As a Client Relations and Customer Service Associate, you will immerse yourself in comprehensive training, learning the intricacies of donor relations & the specific needs of our charitable partners. You'll develop expertise in proactively addressing supporter inquiries, managing donor accounts with precision, & communicating the impactful stories of the non-profits we represent. Key Responsibilities for the Client Relations and Customer Service Associate Act as a main point of contact for existing donors and supporters, providing excellent customer service via in-person, phone, and email interactions. Address & resolve a wide range of donor inquiries, including questions about donations, charitable programs, tax receipts, & the specific impact of their contributions. Maintain accurate and confidential donor records in the CRM system, precisely processing updates to addresses, payments, and contact preferences. Inform donors about current campaigns and initiatives, clarifying how their ongoing support advances our non-profit partners' missions. Promptly investigate and resolve donor concerns, escalating complex issues to the appropriate teams and ensuring timely follow-up for satisfactory resolution. Handle donation adjustments and cancellations according to company policy and financial regulations to maintain donor trust and compliance. Support donor retention through proactive outreach, gratitude, and community building. Collect and record key donor feedback to inform management and marketing, enhancing service and campaign results. Maintain an in-depth & up-to-date knowledge of the various non-profit organizations Silver Lining Marketing represents. Adhere strictly to all data privacy regulations & company policies regarding the handling of sensitive donor information, ensuring confidentiality & security. Collaborate effectively with sales & fundraising teams to ensure a seamless transition from acquisition to ongoing customer service & loyalty building. Actively participate in team meetings & training sessions, sharing best practices & continuously enhancing customer service skills & knowledge of charitable programs.
