Director of Client Success

Job Summary The Director of Client Success is responsible for overseeing and supporting Managers of Client Success in maintaining long-term client relationships. This role ensures operational departments align with client needs, monitors client account performance, and escalates issues as appropriate. Key Responsibilities Monitor client performance and ensure service standards are met Use analytics and KPIs to assess internal and external client health Mentor Managers of Client Success to support their assigned clients effectively Ensure regular face-to-face client engagement Proactively analyze results to identify and resolve revenue cycle and client issues Collaborate with Operations and Business Services teams to implement solutions Support implementation of new clients and service expansions Ensure team compliance with healthcare and data security regulations Provide oversight and professional development for Client Success team members Handle special projects and other duties as assigned Qualifications Education & Experience: High School Diploma or GED required Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare management, or related field preferred Minimum 5 years of experience in healthcare, revenue cycle management, or a related field Skills & Competencies: Knowledge of medical billing and terminology Understanding of applicable healthcare laws and policies Strong communication and leadership abilities Customer service and client relationship management skills Analytical thinking and problem-solving Proficiency in time management and organizational skills Experience with RCM or workflow management software Pay- $145,000- $155,000 DOE
