Patient Benefit Representative - Cary, NC (27513)- 160004 Pay & Schedule Pay Range: $20-$22/hr. Adjudicate claims, troubleshoot rejections, and resolve coverage issues. Communicate with providers on prior authorizations and assist through the process. Handle inbound calls from patients, providers, and clinics regarding services, orders, and financial support. Schedule patient deliveries and coordinate payments for timely shipments. Manage refills and follow-up to support therapy adherence. Document accurate progress notes in patient profiles. Identify and report adverse events and product complaints to clinicians. Serve as a technical resource for adjudication and suggest process improvements.
