Payroll Coordinator

Payroll Coordinator Location: Kalamazoo, MI Compensation: $40,000 - $50,000 Schedule: M-F 8am-5pm (flexible hours) Key Responsibilities: Review timecards for accuracy Ensure correct coding, identify missing time, and validate compliance with pay policies Collaborate with HR and supervisors Address payroll inquiries, provide explanations, and maintain policy adherence Manage payroll tickets Utilize a ticketing system to process requests, such as pay adjustments Support multi-state payroll Assist in payroll coordination for manufacturing employees across seven states, including two union groups Engage in timekeeping projects Limited involvement in system updates and enhancements Qualifications: Minimum: 1-5 years of experience with timekeeping, time evaluation, and understanding overtime rules Preferred: Exposure to multi-state payroll compliance and payroll processing (training available) Why Join Our Client?
