What Will I Be Doing as a Junior Sales Representative? Complete a structured training program focused on sales techniques, product expertise, and customer engagement strategies. Identify and approach potential customers in assigned Pomona territories to initiate informed and friendly conversations. Assess customer needs and recommend Frontier solutions aligned with their current telecom usage. Present Frontier's internet, TV, and phone services with clarity and enthusiasm to drive interest and conversions. Support senior team members with customer enrollment and ensure accurate completion of all related sales documentation. Build proficiency in objection handling and lead nurturing to enhance customer acquisition outcomes. Accurately document interactions and track sales activities using the company's CRM platform. Collaborate with peers, share insights in team meetings, and contribute feedback to optimize sales messaging and performance.
