Project Manager -Bilingual (Japanese/English) Seymour, IN -Hybrid role with expectation to travel 12+Month Contract Client is seeking a Bilingual Project Manager to lead an Oracle Fusion ERP implementation for a Tier 1 automotive supplier. The role requires strong communication skills and stakeholder management, particularly with Japanese leadership. The PM will work closely with Oracle, implementation partners, and internal teams to align objectives and ensure smooth execution. This is a hybrid role with required travel to AISIN manufacturing plant locations. Responsibilities Act as liaison between Japanese leadership, Oracle, and partner teams. Incorporate leadership feedback into project plans. Oversee project scope, timelines, deliverables, and risk. Manage deliverables from internal and external Oracle resources. Coordinate resources and track milestones. Facilitate meetings and ensure stakeholder alignment. Ensure compliance with business and IT standards. Requirements Fluency in Japanese and English (written and spoken). 10+ years of project management experience, including ERP implementations. Experience working in Japan, ideally with automotive or manufacturing companies. Proven stakeholder management skills across multiple organizations. Hybrid role with travel to AISIN plant locations. Preferred Skills Experience with Oracle Fusion ERP implementations. Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills. Ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships.
