Event Coordinator

Event Coordinator Onsite | Columbus, OH $57k-$60k A dynamic and detail-oriented Event Coordinator is needed to assist in the planning, execution, and evaluation of trade shows, conferences, internal meetings, and customer events. The ideal Event Coordinator will be organized, collaborative, and comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. This role is critical in ensuring all events align with branding, marketing goals, and operational standards. Key Responsibilities of Event Coordinator: Plan and execute events, including logistics, booth setup, and vendor coordination Serve as the primary Event Coordinator for venue research, registration tracking, and shipment management Manage hotel accommodations, travel logistics, and on-site hospitality Monitor event budgets and assist in tracking costs and invoices Submit creative requests using a project management system (Wrike) Upload and track event leads in CRM (Oracle Eloqua) and coordinate timely follow-up with sales Support marketing campaigns and social media efforts tied to events Maintain promotional item inventory and manage vendor contracts Conduct venue and vendor research, including competitive insights Work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product, and operations teams Act as the point of contact for vendors and partners during events Participate in pre-event site visits and coordinate on-site execution, including setup and breakdown Provide detailed post-event analysis to support continuous improvement Qualifications of Event Coordinator: 1-2 years of experience in event coordination, marketing, or project management Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent written and verbal communication Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace; Smartsheet experience is a plus Detail-oriented, creative, and solution-driven A collaborative Event Coordinator who thrives in a team environment
