Beacon Hill Legal is seeking a Collections Paralegal for a full-service firm in Austin. We are seeking a skilled Paralegal with experience in general civil litigation. This is an excellent opportunity for a legal professional looking to grow within a supportive and recognition-driven firm. This is a full-time, direct-hire position that is fully on-site. Responsibilities: Draft and prepare legal documents, including foreclosure pleadings and correspondence Review and revise legal forms for accuracy and completeness Calculate and verify delinquent amounts owed Conduct legal research to support case development Electronically file and serve legal documents Maintain and update case information in a case management database Communicate professionally with homeowners, clients, and client representatives Collaborate with attorneys and service providers to coordinate collection efforts Input client and case data into the firm's case management software Record billable time daily in the firm's billing system Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a law firm setting, with a focus on civil litigation Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and follow-through Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and perform under pressure Excellent written communication skills, including grammar, spelling, and punctuation Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus Experience with Homeowners Association (HOA) assessment collections is a plus If you have experience with general civil litigation in a law firm setting, we encourage you to apply!
