Hospitality Coordinator

Hospitality Coordinator Cleveland, OH (Onsite ) Contact Duration: 09/08/2025 - 12/20/2025 Schedule & Flexibility Standard hours: 9:00 AM 6:00 PM Must be flexible to work late (until 8 9 PM) for law firm social events Occasional weekend work (Saturday or Sunday) for firm events This position is a Hospitality position, the requirement of the position is that the candidate has previous hospitality experience working in the food industry. Either restaurant work, banquet serving and experience, conference room set Client and food ordering, any schooling or degree in the industry is a plus. The candidate must also be willing to flex their schedule, the scheduled hours are 9-6, but they will be required to work past that on occasion when the law. Hospitality Experience Required Must have prior experience in the food industry Acceptable experience includes: Restaurant work Banquet serving Conference room setups Food ordering Hospitality-related education or degree is a plus Skills & Qualifications Strong social skills and professionalism Fluent English communication (written and verbal) Proper email etiquette and grammar Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel for spreadsheet updates) Ability to lift up to 50 pounds independently Physical activity required: lifting, bending, walking Client Expectations Meet and greet required with client before placement Client is particular and expects a high level of experience Position needs to be filled urgently Metasys Technologies is an equal opportunity employer.
