Job Description

Marketing and Sales Specialist Key Responsibilities : Prepare sales proposals for Sales Consultants. Process sales New Starts accurately and in a timely manner. Complete Vendor Setup paperwork when requested. Maintain and update customer records and sales databases (e.g., Zoho). Continually update Referrals and Testimonials ensuring that they are accurate and up to date. Support the sales team with administrative tasks such as Monday Sales Meeting agenda, Lead Tracker/Appointment Tracker, etc Respond to customer inquiries via phone or email, providing accurate and timely information. Help Sales Management with New Hire setup. Order Sales Marketing supplies Be up to date on Brand standards (e.g., Updated logos, approved colors, etc) Create visually stimulating Welcome signs for Guests, while updating Lobby TV with new videos when they are available. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and CRM software (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce). Proven experience in a sales support or administrative role. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. High attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
