Position Details: Position Type: Contract Job Location: Memphis, TN Benefits: 401K, Dental insurance, Life Insurance, Medical Insurance, Vision Insurance Compensation: $18.00 -  $23.00 /hourly *Schedule - 7:30am - 4:30pm Requirements: • Create, update, and manage controlled documents in ETQ Reliance, including forms, policies, procedures, specifications, and work instructions. • Assign document owners, reviewers, and approvers per SOP guidelines. • Ensure proper metadata entry (e.g., revision number, effective/review dates, originator, department, categories). • Route documents for approval and manage workflow transitions (Draft → Review → Approved → Archived). • Perform bulk uploads and validate document fields during onboarding. • Monitor overdue documents and assist with ownership transfers and routing coordination. • Maintain audit trails and ensure compliance with document control protocols. • Communicate with stakeholders to confirm document status and resolve routing issues. • Create content to help facilitate training Qualifications: • Experience with ETQ Reliance or similar document control systems. • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. • Familiarity with document lifecycle processes and compliance standards. • Ability to manage multiple tasks and communicate effectively across departments. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and document formatting tools. • Understanding of controlled document types and metadata requirements. • Prior experience in regulated industries (e.g., food safety, chemical, manufacturing). • Knowledge of PSM documentation and workflows. • Experience coordinating with cross-functional teams for document approvals and updates.
