Warehouse Crew - Furniture Loading/Unloading

Exact Staff is hiring reliable and hardworking individuals for our client in New Castle, DE. This position involves loading, unloading, and moving furniture in a fast-paced warehouse environment. It is a physically demanding job that requires strength, stamina, and teamwork. PLEASE REGISTER AT /register and then call us at 410-287-8899 ! Location: New Castle, DE Pay Rate: $18.00/hour Schedule: 8:00 AM - 6:30 PM, 4 days per week Responsibilities: Load and unload furniture from trailers safely and efficiently. Repeatedly lift and move items up to 50 lbs, and tilt/maneuver items up to 300 lbs with assistance or equipment. Use pallet jacks, dollies, and hand tools to move and stage furniture. Inspect and label items, ensuring they are properly prepared for transport or storage. Maintain a safe and clean work area. Requirements: Must be able to perform heavy lifting and manual labor for extended periods. Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled warehouse environment. Ability to bend, stoop, crouch, and stand/walk for the entire shift. Steel-toe shoes are required. Prior warehouse or moving experience a plus, but not required. Uniform: Steel-toe shoes (required). Breathable work pants and t-shirt.
