Position Description: Sr. FP&A Analyst We are seeking a highly analytical and business-focused FP&A Analyst to support our manufacturing operations. This role will be responsible for providing financial insights, analysis, and reporting that drive strategic decision-making and operational efficiency. The FP&A Analyst will partner closely with operations, supply chain, and leadership teams to deliver actionable recommendations on cost management, profitability, and long-range planning. The ideal candidate has strong manufacturing finance expertise, advanced modeling skills, and the ability to translate complex data into clear business insights. Requirements: Primary Duties:   Perform budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning Analyze manufacturing performance, including cost and margin trends Partner with operations and supply chain to drive financial efficiency Deliver insights on profitability, cash flow, and working capital Prepare monthly management reports and dashboards for leadership Support strategic initiatives, including pricing and capital investments Skills & Experience: Minimum 4 years of FP&A experience, including 2+ in manufacturing Deep understanding of BOMs, cost drivers, and manufacturing finance Advanced Excel and Financial modeling; ERP/BI tools (preferred) Strong cross-functional communication and business acumen Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA/CPA preferred) What We Offer: Competitive pay with performance incentives 100% company-paid medical, dental, and vision 401(k) with company match 3 weeks PTO, 8 paid holidays, and 2 floating holidays Why You Will Love Working with Us : Impact: Develop your skills and expertise in a rapidly growing industry, with your work directly influencing the success of mission-critical projects.
