Practice Relations Ambassador/Social Content Creator Role and Responsibilities The Practice Relations Ambassador will be responsible for promoting the services of the Oral Surgery Practice in a specified geographical area.  Working in conjunction with the office and marketing team, the Practice Relations Ambassador will develop strategic plans designed to create new business. A significant amount of time will be spent on doing social media creations for multiple locations and providers. The Practice Relations Ambassador will also work with the clinical team to ensure the practices in the designated territory are meeting or exceeding new patient goals. Expand the Practice's network by increasing the number of referring source relationships with dental practices within the surrounding community. Partner with Surgeons to build marketing plans and achieve growth-oriented goals. Develop and implement a social media content calendar aligned with brand goals. Capture and create engaging photo, video, and written content for platforms such as Instagram and Facebook. Manage day-to-day posting, scheduling, and community engagement (comments, messages, and shares). Track performance metrics and provide insights/reports on content effectiveness. Stay updated on social media trends, editing tools, and platform updates to ensure best practices. Collaborate with team members to align social content with marketing campaigns, giveaways, and practice initiatives. Ensure brand consistency in tone, voice, and visuals across all channels. Deliver information on events and services to referents. Design and organize local referent educational and social events, including venue selection, catering selection, marketing plan, day of support, etc. Keep management informed on your results by submitting weekly activities reports or on an as needed basis. Qualifications: Experience in managing social media accounts for a brand, business, or organization. Strong content creation skills (photography, videography, copywriting, and/or editing). Proficiency with social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Canva, Meta Business Suite, CapCut). Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to work independently. Creative thinker with an eye for design and storytelling. Education and Experience Bachelor's degree in related field or a minimum of five years relevant experience required. Sales or marketing experience preferred. Skills and Abilities Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Excellent organization and time management skills.
