Coordinate with central dispatch, along with branch personnel to satisfy patient needs through routing, scheduling, and providing excellent communication to territory referral base. Coordinate and secure appropriate order documentation required the promotion of services to develop new markets, increase share of market, and obtain competitive position in industry. Conduct regularly scheduled branch meetings to facilitate communication between departments and keep personnel apprised of policy changes and company focus. Coordinate order and receive inventory to ensure adequate stock levels. Adhere and implement organizations policies and goals. Provide all opening and closing branch procedures as required. Coordinate on-call scheduling, routing for both DME and other therapies. Oversee the branch's completion of daily reports and inter-branch transfer forms. Coordinate repairs, returns and cleaning for all DME equipment. Ensure the maintenance of records and the staff's adherence to all policies required by state and federal agencies as well as ACHC. Attending all staff meetings and educational training programs as directed by supervisor. Support site cost budgets from expenses and hours worked. Coordinate vehicle maintenance and service for assigned branch units, consideration for use of approved vendors after review of efficiency and cost. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications: Education: High School diploma required; 2-4-year College degree preferred. Experience/Knowledge/Skills/Physical Requirements: 3-5-years leadership experience; health care/DME preferred. Good understanding of operational practices and protocols. Good understanding of reimbursement implications of industry changes. Demonstrated experience in communication and customer relation skills. Demonstrated experience in interpersonal and organizational skills (a team player). Must be able to perform extensive driving as required for the position. Must possess a valid driver's license.
