Job Description This position will be working 32 hour a week at our facility. The Community Care RN provides and supervises professional, independent nursing care for patients. Care is based in the nursing process and is consistent with the Oregon Nurse Practice Act. Applies knowledge of assessing, planning, ordering, giving, delegating, teaching and supervising professional nursing care delivery that promotes patients' optimal health and independence. This position may be required to rotate through a weekend shift. Providence PACE is a Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly that strives to keep older adults as healthy as possible living in the community through clinics, home visits and more. Provide and supervise professional, independent nursing care. Rotate through weekend shifts as needed. Required Qualifications: Oregon Registered Nurse License. National Provider BLS - American Heart Association within 30 days of hire. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing. 1 year Home health RN experience.
