Compassionate Wound Care Professional We are seeking an experienced and compassionate wound care professional to join our team. As a Wound Ostomy RN, you will provide direct and indirect quality care for patients of all ages, according to their individualized needs. Key Responsibilities: Provide high-quality patient care, adhering to the nursing process and relevant laws and regulations. Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement comprehensive care plans. Conduct thorough assessments, identifying patient needs and developing strategies to address them. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring patient safety and well-being. Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient interactions, treatments, and outcomes. Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from an accredited institution. Completion of an accredited course in Wound, Ostomy, and Continence (WOC) nursing. National Provider Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association within 30 days of hire. Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire. Certification as an Enterostomal Therapist (ET) by the Wound Ostomy and Continence Nursing Certification Board within 90 days of hire. At least two years of experience in nursing, preferably in wound care or a related field. Preferred Qualifications: One year of experience in home care or a related field.
