Job Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in an ambulatory care environment. Assess, identify, plan, implement, and evaluate all aspects of care and teaching needs via direct and telephonic/telehealth or electronic encounters. Collaborate with other members of the healthcare team to ensure seamless care coordination. Requirements: Graduate of an accredited registered nursing school. Associate's Degree - Nursing or Bachelor's Degree - Nursing. Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire.
