Position Overview We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Aesthetic Tattoo Artist specializing exclusively in microblading to join our advanced aesthetics team on a part-time basis. This is a great opportunity for a skilled artist looking to supplement their existing clientele or work a flexible schedule in a high-end medspa environment. Schedule: 2-4 days per month (flexible, based on patient bookings) Responsibilities * Provide professional, precise, and safe microblading services in accordance with state and local regulations. * Educate clients on pre- and post-care instructions to ensure optimal results. * Maintain a clean, sterile, and organized treatment environment in compliance with health and safety standards. * Assist in documenting procedures and maintaining accurate client records. * Collaborate with the team to create an elevated, "GOLD-level" client experience. Qualifications * Current tattoo artist certification and/or licensing to perform microblading in the state of Tennessee. * 2+ years of experience in microblading with a strong portfolio of work. * Strong understanding of skin anatomy. * Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to client safety. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Professional, reliable, and comfortable working independently on a part-time, flexible basis.
