The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering principles and excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. They will be responsible for performing site assessments, evaluating physical properties, and communicating recommendations to clients. The Consultant Engineer will also support clients as they implement solutions to mitigate identified risks. Responsibilities Conduct on-site evaluations of physical properties, including facilities interiors, exteriors, roofs, and water supplies. Evaluate and assess various aspects of client sites, such as fire protection, electrical systems, chemical storage, and emergency response programs. Communicate findings and recommendations to clients, ensuring adherence to FM's Engineering Standards. Work with clients to implement risk mitigation strategies and ensure successful implementation. Travel frequently to client sites, working from a home office when necessary. Requirements Minimum Bachelor's degree in engineering (various specialties considered). Strong written and verbal English communication skills. Excellent analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage time efficiently with minimal supervision. Proficient in MS Office products. Valid driver's license. Authorization to work in the country you are applying to.
