Job Opportunity We are seeking a skilled Wound Ostomy Nurse to join our Home Health team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing direct and indirect quality care for patients of all ages, according to individualized needs, following the nursing process and in accordance with the Nurse Practice Act. They will work independently, exercising flexibility and independence in their career. The Wound Ostomy RN will have opportunities to create rewarding relationships with diverse patient populations while working in a dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities: Providing high-quality patient care in home health settings. Developing and implementing individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient. Collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure seamless transitions of care. Participating in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices and industry advancements. Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from an accredited institution. Completion of an accredited course in Wound, Ostomy and Continence. National Provider BLS certification within 30 days of hire. Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire. Certification as a Enterostomal Therapist by the Wound Ostomy and Continence Nursing Certification Board within 90 days of hire. Minimum 2 years of nursing experience.
