Project Manager Role The ideal candidate for this position will possess excellent organizational skills and have the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Key Responsibilities: Develop project resource and cost plans in a service management tool. Create and maintain accurate present estimates based on resource and cost plans. Manage the monthly present estimate process, ensuring timely completion. Reconcile budget with actual costs, providing insights for future improvements. Assist in creating project change requests and associated reporting. Initiate vendor purchase orders based on statement of work details. Track costs to ensure alignment with IT capital policies. Reconcile resource plans with timecards for internal resources. Approve vendor invoices based on SOW and time reporting reconciliation.
