Job Description / As a skilled Wound Ostomy RN, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and support in a home health setting. Your expertise in wound, ostomy, and continence care will enable you to provide personalized services to patients of all ages, promoting their comfort, dignity, and overall well-being. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, empathy, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
