Location: Jerry's Foods Sanibel Reports to: Store Director Classification: Non - Union Salaried-exempt Rate of Pay: $67,000 - $71,000 / year, based on experience *Bonus (annually) eligible position* Hours: Sunday - Saturday, varied hours Jerry's work perks: Store Discount Paid Time Off Health Insurance Vision / Dental Insurance Employee Assistance Programs 401K Flexible Schedule Individuals applying for this position should be willing to: Make lasting connections with our customers Provide employee supervision and work direction as necessary Problem solve quickly and communicate any store issues to the Store Director Assist with merchandising and receiving products to keep our shelves full (may be some heavy lifting-up to 50lbs) Help maintain a safe store Work with the team on all tasks necessary to have an awesome store Jerry's would love to see an individual who: Is friendly and outgoing and promotes customer service for the entire team Has experience working in a supervisory management position (2-3 years preferred) Knows about planning, coordinating, and managing a store's daily functions Has proven success managing gross profit, inventory and labor management Is committed to coaching, developing, and delivering timely feedback to direct reports Is motivated to grow their career and continue learning GROW with Jerry's G ain new lifelong skills in customer service Enjoy a R ewarding work environment with a diverse group of coworkers Experience O pportunities for career advancement Maintain a flexible W ork schedule PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: FREQUENT: 15% or more of the work shift or at least ten repetitions per work shift. OCCASIONAL:Approximately less than 15% of the work shift or fewer than 10 repetitions per work shift. FREQUENT: Physical lifting/carrying to 50 lbs., pushing/pulling to 20 force pounds, equipment operation (scanner, register, check approval machine, coupon machine), reaching, standing, turning, walking Mental judgment/decision making, social skills/verbal interaction, memorization, reading, writing, math OCCASIONAL: Physical lifting/carrying over 50 lbs., equipment operation (calculator), squatting, stooping/bending Position functions and physical requirements may vary between locations.
