Position Overview We are seeking a Regional Safety Manager to oversee safety programs and initiatives across multiple locations in South Florida. This role is critical in driving a culture of safety, ensuring compliance with OSHA and industry standards, and supporting our field teams with proactive training and job site inspections. What You'll Do * Develop, implement, and continuously improve regional safety programs tailored to roofing and construction operations. * Conduct site inspections, risk assessments, and hazard analyses to ensure compliance and safe practices. * Deliver engaging safety trainings, orientations, and toolbox talks for crews and supervisors. * Investigate incidents and accidents, identify root causes, and implement corrective measures. * Partner with HR, operations, and site leadership to embed safety into daily operations. * Manage injury/claim processes, including working with medical providers, insurance carriers, and return-to-work programs. * Represent the company with regulatory agencies and industry safety associations.
