In this role, you ll help keep our fleet of refrigerated and dry van trailers running smoothly by performing inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs. If you re a hands-on problem solver with strong mechanical skills, this is a great opportunity to grow your career with a stable, respected company. What You ll Do: Diagnose and repair issues on multiple makes and models of refrigerated and dry van trailers. Perform preventive maintenance and ensure compliance with safety procedures. Complete adjustments, alignments, and repairs on major assemblies, sub-assemblies, and systems (powertrain, electrical, A/C, fuel, brakes, hydraulics, steering, etc.). Maintain accurate service and repair records. Safely operate a NAPA service truck to complete roadside or on-site customer repairs. Be available for rotating on-call service outside of standard hours. Follow all yard safety guidelines at NAPA and customer facilities. Take on other duties as assigned. What We re Looking For: Experience: 2+ years of trailer or related repair/maintenance experience. Education: High school diploma or GED required. Skills: Strong mechanical knowledge, problem-solving ability, and a commitment to safety. Licenses/Certifications: Valid CDL and PA State Inspection License a plus.
