The job requires physical stamina, as drivers need to lift up to 70 pounds of packages. They must also have a valid driver's license and pass a Department of Transportation (DOT) physical examination. Excellent customer service and driving skills are essential for this position. In addition to these qualifications, drivers must have the legal right to work in the United States.
