Job Description We are seeking a motivated and empathetic Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role involves providing top-notch customer support to customers by responding to inquiries, addressing account issues, and delivering solutions with a customer-first approach. This role will be a full time contract and fully onsite . What You'll Do Serve as the first point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and providing product and account information Assist customers with account inquiries, funding, and general account maintenance Process customer transactions accurately using designated applications Maintain up-to-date knowledge of programs, policies, and technologies to assist customers effectively Communicate in a warm, empathetic, and professional manner Adhere to confidentiality and data protection requirements Handle conflict resolution and provide solutions to customer concerns Navigate multiple systems and research solutions to address customer needs Perform other duties as assigned What You'll Need Required: Proven experience in customer service Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to simplify complex information for customer understanding Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to resolving issues Ability to maintain composure in a fast-paced environment Strong organizational and time management skills Proficiency in navigating multiple applications and tools Physical Demands Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state, and local standards Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc. Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor The pay for this position is $22.04 per hour (USD). Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including location, experience, and education.
