Job Overview Position Schedule: Full-Time This job posting is anticipated to remain open for 30 days, from 07-Oct-2025. The posting may close early due to the volume of applicants. Manages external communication strategies for the firm's largest, most complex strategic efforts and reputational needs. An individual in this role is responsible for leading the development of external communications, coaching others to ensure message and communication strategy alignment, partnering with firm leaders to develop and execute reactive and proactive communications and cultivating key national and trade media relationships. Also includes supporting financial advisors' local presence through media engagement support, crisis and issues management response strategy and more. High degree of personal initiative, seasoned judgment, outstanding interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills. Demonstrated ability to grow the firm's impact, make effective decisions and deliver the right outcomes. Experience translating stakeholder needs into communication strategies and experiences Ability to make highly complex issues easily understood to key stakeholders including internal audiences, clients, prospective clients and the media. Demonstrated success navigating complex, dynamic environments with changing priorities and deadlines, ability to work in a team-based or matrix environment. Effective at building strong relationships to influence and gain consensus at all levels, including senior level executives. Deep understanding of emerging communications technology and social media platforms, as well as an understanding of the local and national media landscape. Deep understanding of what constitutes news and knowledge of how the media works. Experience in financial services and other highly regulated industries Agency experience is a plus Candidates that live within in a commutable distance from our Tempe, AZ and St. Louis, MO home office locations are expected to work in the office three days per week, with preference for Tuesday through Thursday. Current INTERNAL home-based associates: While this role is posted as hybrid, if selected and accepted, you may retain your home-based status .
