Job Role The Business Growth Specialist is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to sell primary and ancillary communications solutions to small and medium sized businesses within a specified territory. Sell bundled services to new customers, generating revenue growth and increasing market share. Develop sales leads through prospecting tactics, such as cold calling and networking. Work every lead from initial contact to sale, ensuring seamless customer experiences. Essential Qualifications Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. Knowledge of communications technologies and services, including data analytics and marketing strategy. Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record, facilitating business travel and meetings. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or a related field, providing a solid foundation for professional development. Desirable Skills Proven sales history of meeting or exceeding targets, demonstrating ability to drive results. Business to business sales experience, with a focus on relationship-building and customer engagement. Ability to work lawfully in the U.S. without employment-based immigration sponsorship, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
