If you are seeking a practice that invests in their staff as well as technology and equipment, then we want to speak with you!*What You'll Be Working On*● Build and maintain client relationships● Diagnose, treat and manage a variety of small companion animal cases● Provide education to clients and staff on recommendations and choices in care● Maintain a positive work environment● Guide, utilize, and mentor exceptional support staff*Qualifications*● Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from an accredited program required● Be licensed or able to be licensed in the state of Virginia● A minimum of two years of experience preferred; open to new grads too● Routine surgical and dental experience required● Experience working with ultrasound preferred● Experience working in an emergency setting and/or with acupuncture is a PLUS!● Certified Canine Rehabilitation Practitioner is a PLUS!● Highly motivated, with a desire to lead our amazing team● Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills● Demonstrated compassion for patients and clients● Ability to collaborate and work within a team environment*What's In It For You*● Competitive wages● Relocation expenses coverage eligibility● Health Insurance● Paid Time Off● Employee assistance program● CE opportunities● Pet care discounted program_We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
