Lead Medical Technologist

*Overview*The Medical Technologist Lead is responsible for planning, coordinating and supervising all of the functions within the laboratory section including testing, quality control, training, maintaining supplies and relating with Laboratory administration. The Medical Technologist Lead ensures that services are of the best quality and is responsible for assuring section meets all regulatory requirements. The MT Lead performs laboratory testing as needed or required, updates section's computer database as needed, evaluates employees using laboratory and hospital guidelines and policies to perform competency assessment.
