*Assistant Nurse Manager - Delivery Room, Full-Time, Nights**Inspira Health**Mullica Hill, NJ**$25,000 Sign on Bonus Available*The region's leading network of healthcare providers, Inspira Health, is seeking a full-time *Assistant Nurse Manager *to join the Delivery Room team on the night shift at our Mullica Hill location. In this position, you'll serve as lead nurse for care coordination, which includes daily assignments of staff, utilization of nursing resources and effective delivery of care to patients. We'll rely on you to collaborate with the Nurse Manager/Clinical Director to improve staffing models and patient care implementations, participate in performance evaluations and provide feedback, engage in shared governance councils and manage unit-based nurse practice council functions.
