This is a procedural role suited to physicians with excellent clinical judgment and adaptability.Key responsibilities include:* *Evaluate, diagnose, and manage complex wounds*, including diabetic ulcers, venous and arterial ulcers, pressure injuries (Stage I-IV), surgical and post-traumatic wounds* *Perform bedside procedures*, including sharp/excisional debridement, negative pressure wound therapy (NPWT), tissue biopsies, and gastrostomy care* *Assess healing trajectories and modify treatment plans* as necessary, based on evidence-based protocols and individual progress* *Educate patients, caregivers, and facility staff* on wound care prevention, best practices, and care coordination* *Document clinical encounters accurately and in real time* using OWP's HIPAA-compliant electronic health record (EHR) platform* *Collaborate with SNF teams, facility staff, and internal coordinators* to ensure consistent care and continuity of services* *Participate in internal quality improvement, peer review, training sessions, and workflow refinement initiatives*Physicians must also be willing and able to perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned, which are necessary to support patient care, compliance, and organizational success.*Wound Care Experience - Preferred, Not Required**For Experienced Wound Care Physicians*Join a high-performing care model with immediate autonomy and impact.
