You'll guide and support field clinicians, coordinate individualized care plans, and play a vital role in ensuring clinical excellence for our pediatric patients and their families.Job DescriptionWhat You'll Do:Leadership & SupervisionDirectly supervise and mentor LVNs/LPNs/RNs in the field according to state guidelinesProvide clinical oversight, training, and ongoing support to homecare staffConduct performance evaluations and competency assessmentsCare Coordination & Clinical OversightCoordinate and oversee the implementation of physician-directed Plans of CareComplete admissions, recertifications, resumptions of care, and all required clinical documentationProvide patient and caregiver education to promote health and wellnessMonitor for changes in condition and communicate effectively with interdisciplinary teamsCompliance & Quality AssuranceEnsure care delivery complies with MGA, state, and federal regulations, as well as accreditation standardsReview documentation for completeness, accuracy, and reimbursement complianceParticipate in quality improvement initiatives, risk management, and reportingCollaboration & Program DevelopmentPartner with Client Services Managers and the Director of Clinical Services to enhance client satisfaction and clinical outcomesParticipate in strategic initiatives to support operational growth and patient care excellenceQualificationsWhat You'll Bring:Active RN license in the state of practice (BSN preferred)Minimum 2 years of clinical nursing experience (Home Health or Acute Care preferred)Demonstrated leadership and supervisory skillsStrong communication, organization, and critical thinking abilitiesFamiliarity with clinical documentation requirements and compliance standardsCurrent CPR certification, valid driver's license, and reliable transportationAdditional InformationWhy MGA?We believe in investing in our nurses and empowering them to thrive.
