*Pediatric Nurse Manager - $115k-$135k annual salary!!* We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Pediatric Nurse Manager to lead our client's pediatric nursing team. The Nurse Manager will oversee the care of *medically fragile and critically ill pediatric patients*, ensuring the highest standards of patient safety, clinical excellence, and family-centered care. This role requires strong clinical expertise in pediatric critical care and *leadership* experience to mentor and develop a high-performing nursing team.*Key Responsibilities:** Provide operational leadership and supervision for the pediatric nursing team, including scheduling, performance management, and staff development.* Ensure high-quality, evidence-based care for medically fragile and critically ill pediatric patients across various acuity levels.* Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop individualized patient care plans, ensuring optimal outcomes.* Maintain and enforce adherence to clinical protocols, regulatory standards, and hospital policies.* Act as a clinical resource, offering guidance on complex pediatric patient cases.* Foster a positive, supportive environment that emphasizes teamwork, professional growth, and excellence in pediatric care.* Lead quality improvement initiatives focused on patient safety, nursing practice, and clinical outcomes.* Participate in recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing evaluation of nursing staff.* Serve as a liaison between nursing staff, physicians, families, and hospital leadership to ensure effective communication and coordination of care.* Manage department budgets, resources, and supplies effectively.* Remain current with best practices, innovations, and emerging trends in pediatric critical care nursing.*Qualifications:** Required Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
