Grow Your Career.Join CACI's high-performing Corporate Accounting team as a Technical Accounting Senior Manager, where you'll lead the charge on complex accounting issues, guide strategic decision-making, and shape the financial reporting processes for a leading government contractor. This is a high-visibility role with strong career advancement potential in a growing finance organization.Location: Reston, VA (Hybrid - 3 days in office, 2 days remote)Responsibilities:Serve as the go-to technical accounting advisor for business leaders across the companyLead the evaluation and implementation of new accounting standards and complex transactionsSupport the development and maintenance of corporate accounting policiesPlay a key role in SEC reporting, including 10-Q and 10-K preparationResearch, analyze, and document technical accounting positions in clear, concise memosDrive accounting excellence in areas like revenue recognition, M&A, goodwill, leases, capital raises, and moreManage accounting for acquisitions"”including due diligence and purchase accountingSupport monthly close and cash flow reporting, collaborating across finance functionsCoach and mentor internal teams; lead training on technical topicsPartner with external auditors and ensure regulatory complianceQualifications:RequiredLicensed CPA7+ years of experience with a focus in technical accounting or financial reportingDeep knowledge of U.S. GAAP, SEC regulations, and internal controlsAbility to communicate complex accounting concepts to diverse audiencesStrong problem-solving, project management, and analytical skillsSelf-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities independentlyDesiredExperience in the government contracting or defense sectorFamiliarity with ERP systems and modern financial tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Workday)Comfort working in a hybrid environment and cross-functional teams#LI-RE1-________________________________________________________________________________________What You Can Expect:A culture of integrity.At CACI, we place character and innovation at the center of everything we do.
