The therapist must be able to work independently, as well as, in teams and make appropriate decisions based on each patients functional needs.Estimated pay range for this position is $36.69 - $53.70 / hour depending on experience.Qualifications:Degrees:Bachelors.Licenses & Certifications:Basic Life Support.CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation) Certification.Physical Therapist.Additional Qualifications:Holds a certificate or advanced degree.Must meet the requirements of either the clinical or the leader track.Clinical Track - Serves as a clinical instructor at a minimum of 240 hours for full time and prorated for part time employees, presents a minimum of 1 departmental in-service per year and provides mentorship for clinical competency or orients new staff members or completes an annual competency for department.Completes 2 approved electives per year.Leadership Track - Identifies and analyzes a performance improvement problem/issue and implements an action plan with follow up to ensure success, assumes leadership role in department and coordinates staffing in the absence of leadership, attends non clinical courses in BHU as approved by leadership and voluntarily serves on a hospital committee/chairs a departmental committee attending 75% of meetings with active participation.Completes 1 approved elective per year.EOE, including disability/vets
