St. Ann Rehabilitation and Nursing Center - Where Purpose and Passion Meet.Job Responsibilities;Report Participation: Participate in and receive report from the licensed nurse at the beginning and end of assigned shifts.Care Plan Awareness: Maintain awareness of care plans daily to ensure the provision of appropriate care.Resident Observation: Frequently observe residents during assigned shifts to ensure all personal care needs are being met.
