Permitting Coordinator - Solar

An Applications Processor at Trinity Solar plays a critical role in facilitating the preparation and submission of permit, utility, and state application packages. This position is also responsible for tracking the progress of all applications, maintaining accurate records, and fostering productive relationships with municipalities and relevant organizations. The ideal candidate is personable, detail-oriented, highly organized, dependable, and thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:Prepare and submit permit, utility, and state application packagesAssist in gathering and organizing documentation required for application submissionsMonitor the status of applications and maintain accurate updates within internal databasesReview, distribute, and manage various documents and correspondencePerform general administrative duties including answering calls, copying, scanning, faxing, emailing, shipping, and filingEstablish and maintain positive working relationships with municipalities and relevant external agenciesMay involve travel for permit submission and collection as neededQualifications & Experience:Prior experience in permitting is highly desirableStrong interpersonal and communication skillsExceptional organizational, time management, and multitasking abilitiesHigh level of accuracy and attention to detailExperience in the solar industry is a plusMinimum of 1 year of office/administrative experienceProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe PDFAssociate's or Bachelor's degree preferredNotary Public certification is a plus, but not requiredWhat We OfferNot just a career... but a career path to success!
