RN Nurse Manager - Long-Term Care

On-call rotation every 6 weeks.* Oversee performance management of staff on assigned floors, including coaching, disciplinary actions, and termination interviews and hiring new staff; oversee onboarding experience for new staff* Guides teams toward clinical, quality and operational excellence* Understands and embraces the Quality Assurance/Performance Improvement Process as the way to address operational challenges and concerns* Contribute to the formulation, review and amendment of operational policies and operational procedures in accordance with administrative organization of the facility* Contribute to Quality Assurance initiatives with responsibility as an active member in various committees; CQI, HIPPA, Interdisciplinary Policy and Procedure and Clinical Leadership* Will handle other responsibilities as part of the Nursing team on the assigned floors*Qualifications of the Nurse Manager:** Bachelors in Nursing and 5 years of healthcare leadership experience required* Previous experience working in a long-term care setting strongly preferred* RN license requiredJob Type: Full-timePay: $90,000.00 - $100,000.00 per yearBenefits:* 401(k)* 401(k) matching* Dental insurance* Health insurance* Life insurance* Paid time off* Vision insuranceSchedule:* 8 hour shift* Day shift* Monday to Friday* On callWork Location: In person
