Clinical Physical Therapist

We are offering a Part Time/Contracted Licensed Physical Therapist role in Fairfield, CA!*Schedule:** Monday through Friday* Day Shift, 8am to 1pm* No weekends, no overtime and no on call. We believe in work, life balance!~~~~~~~~~~~The Physical Therapist will run the physical portion of our Functional Restoration Program.*The Functional Restoration Program (FRP)* is a multidisciplinary rehabilitation program designed to help injured workers with chronic pain to regain function and return to an active and fulfilling lifestyle.The role consists of:* Offering group and individual strength and conditioning programs* Completion of evaluations throughout the program* Generation of weekly progress reports as well as functional portion of initial assessment/evaluation reports* Teaching lectures as needed to pain patients* Participation in multidisciplinary staff meeting* Working alongside team of clinicians as necessary to manage care plans*QUALIFICATIONS:*EDUCATION*:** California Physical Therapy License*Compensation Range:*$70.00 to $85.00 per hour_All compensation ranges are posted based on internal equity, job requirements, experience and geographical locations._*ABOUT US:*Boomerang Healthcare is a leader in cutting-edge pain management techniques and rehabilitation programs that set the standard in holistic approaches for managing chronic pain.
