Architectural Project ManagerLocation: Coral Gables, FLType: In-OfficeSchedule: Full-Time (8:30 AM - 5:30 PM)Contract Type: PermanentSalary: $85,000 - $90,000 per yearJob DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager with a strong background in high-rise architecture and extensive experience in multifamily and mixed-use building projects. The ideal candidate will be bilingual in Spanish and English, proficient in Revit and AutoCAD, and have a deep understanding of building codes, compliance, and construction administration.This role will require strong leadership skills to manage architectural projects from concept through completion, ensuring compliance with state and federal codes while maintaining design intent.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and coordinate project teams to execute architectural designs efficiently.Oversee design development and construction documentation, ensuring technical accuracy and compliance with industry standards.Utilize Revit and AutoCAD to develop detailed construction plans and city submittals.Ensure compliance with Life Safety, ADA/FHA regulations, and local/state building codes.Manage client relationships, communicating with contractors, engineers, and municipal agencies.Schedule and oversee videoconferences with subcontractors, providing clear design markups.Review and process RFIs, submittals, shop drawings, and engineering plans.Conduct on-site field reviews and draft observation reports to monitor project progress.Ensure high-quality construction detail documentation and industry best practices.Requirements4+ years of experience in project management, focusing on high-rise and multifamily architecture.Strong proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.Bilingual in Spanish and English (verbal and written).In-depth knowledge of building codes, compliance, and ADA/FHA regulations.Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage teams and collaborate with engineers, interior designers, and contractors.Excellent problem-solving abilities and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Professional and detail-oriented, with a commitment to high-quality work.BenefitsMedical benefitsRetirement planPaid vacation and personal daysAssigned parkingttg Talent Solutions is an Equal Opportunity Employer and recruiting agency.
