At Dash In, your contributions are valued and celebrated.Your Mission:Create Excellent Guest Experiences: Guide our guests on a memorable journey, ensuring their favorite items are always available and the store is in pristine condition.Build Teams and Leaders: Recruit, train, and develop a diverse, people-focused team. Support their growth with skills training.Grow Sales and Manage Inventory: Lead with expertise in managing top-line sales and inventory. Build strong vendor relationships and ensure sales growth through effective order execution and adherence to brand standards.Operate with Brand Excellence: Maintain our store to impress every guest. Ensure staffing levels are optimal and the store is always ready for special guests or mystery shoppers.Lead Food Safety and Operations: Manage our food operations like a seasoned pro.
