Motorcoach Operator

Job Title: Motorcoach OperatorJob Type: Part-TimeSalary: $26/per hourRoute: Varies - Day Trips/Multi-Day trips to various locationsWe are seeking part-time Motorcoach Operators to transport passengers over specified or irregular routes to local or distant points according to a time schedule.Benefits:Monthly Performance Incentive6 paid holidaysSimple IRA with company match (comparable to 401K)Chaplain ServiceDuties/Responsibilities:Assist passengers in boarding and disembarking the motorcoachRegulate heating and air conditioning systems, lighting, and audio/video systems for passenger comfort and convenienceComplies with local traffic regulations and applicable state and federal regulationsReports delays or accidentsInspects bus as required per company policy and regulationsLoads and unloads baggage in baggage compartmentFuel vehicles after each trip and as needed enrouteRead schedules and itineraries, interpret maps, process accident and incident reports, and prepare all necessary records, including but not limited to electronic DVIR's, hours-of-service logs, and work ticketsPerforms Customer Service SkillsRequired Qualifications:Minimum age: 25 yearsHigh School diploma or GED certificateUS citizen or permanent visa, authorized to work in any US StateValid Class B (or higher) Commercial Driver License with Passenger ("P") endorsement and no air brake restrictionPass a pre-employment drug screenPass a DOT physical given by a physician certified on the FMCSA National Registry and approved by the CompanyMust have an acceptable driving record (MVR): no more than 2 moving violations within the last 12 monthsno more than 1 minor accident within the last 3 yearsno major accidents, reckless driving charges, DUI's, or DWI's. (Failure to appear, for any of the above citations or charges, is considered a violation)no suspensions or revocations within the last 5 yearsMust comply with all other applicable qualifications for employment established by regulation and by the CompanyMust satisfactorily demonstrate acceptable driving behaviors during a road testPhysical Demands:Must be physically capable of performing essential job functions, including lifting up to 50 pounds.
