Job Description

*Job Summary*We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech Language Pathologist to join our team. The ideal candidate will work with children and adolescents, providing assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for speech and language disorders. This role is essential in helping patients improve their communication skills and overall quality of life through tailored therapy plans.*Duties** Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' speech and language abilities.* Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals.* Implement therapeutic interventions to address speech, language, and communication challenges.* Collaborate with educators, parents, and other healthcare professionals to support patient progress.* Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.* Provide early intervention services for young children with speech and language delays.* Maintain accurate documentation of patient evaluations, treatment plans, and progress notes.* Stay updated on the latest research and best practices in speech therapy.*Qualifications** Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology or a related field.* Valid state licensure or certification as a Speech Language Pathologist.* Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology related to speech therapy.* Experience working in a school setting is preferred but not required.* Proficiency in patient assessment techniques for pediatric populations.* Familiarity with early intervention strategies for young children.* Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with patients, families, and colleagues.* A passion for helping others improve their communication abilities.Join us in making a meaningful impact on the lives of those we serve through effective speech therapy interventions.Benefits:* 401(k)* Health insurance* Paid time offSchedule:* Choose your own hoursLicense/Certification:* SLP-CCC (Required)Work Location: In person
