Minimum 1+ years occupational therapy experience required.Job Title: Occupational Therapist (OT) - School SettingLocation: Saint Paul, MNPosition Type: Full-time, 37.5 hours per weekCaseload: K-12 students, variety of disabilitiesResponsibilities:Assess and evaluate students motor skills, sensory processing, and overall ability to perform daily school activities.Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with the school team.Provide direct occupational therapy services, both individually and in group settings.Support students in improving fine motor skills, sensory regulation, and self-regulation.Communicate regularly with teachers, parents, and other staff to track student progress.Maintain documentation and progress notes in accordance with school requirements.Qualifications:Masters Degree in Occupational Therapy.MN State Occupational Therapy License.Previous experience working in a school setting is a plus, but not required.Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, staff, and parents.Benefits:Weekly competitive compensation (W-2)Benefits - health, optical, and dental offered.401k plan offeredRachel Turi-Account Executive
