Job Description

The Retirement Specialist will be responsible for managing and administering retirement plans and programs for Victaulic employees, retirees and beneficiaries. This role involves ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, providing guidance to employees and retirees on retirement options, and supporting the overall retirement strategy of the company.Key Responsibilities:Retirement Plan Administration: Manage and administer company-sponsored retirement plans, including 401(k), pension plans, retiree medical and other retirement savings programs.Employee and Retiree Support: Provide guidance and support to employees, retirees and beneficiaries regarding retirement plan options, benefits, and enrollment processes.Compliance: Ensure compliance with all federal and state regulations related to retirement plans and programs.Education and Communication: Develop and deliver educational materials and presentations to employees about retirement planning and benefits.Vendor Management: Coordinate with external vendors and service providers to ensure efficient administration of retirement plans.Reporting: Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports related to retirement plans and employee participation.Strategy Support: Assist in the development and implementation of the company's retirement strategy and initiatives.Qualifications:Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in retirement plan administration or a related role.Knowledge: Strong understanding of retirement plan regulations, compliance requirements, and best practices.Skills: Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
