Us too.We're hiring a Client Service Representative for our Annual Reports Preparation & File team. You'll work directly with our clients (other companies) and teams at CSC to provide solutions that help their business run smoother and smarter. Passionate about service quality, giving back to the community, and devoted to continuous improvement, CSC is the business behind business®.Some of the things you'll be doing:Build relationships with our clients to better understand their unique needs and concernsResearch, analyze, review, and process legal documentsFulfill requests and answer questions for internal and external customers via phone or electronicallyProvide excellent client service to both internal and external clientsManage client portfolios and organize workflow to meet clients' time frames and demandsData entry of client information, electronic filing, and retrieval of documentsNavigate between multiple databases quickly and accuratelyRecommend process improvements where applicableMaintain and grow existing client business by providing outstanding service and by recognizing and proactively offering appropriate servicesWhat technical skills, experience, and qualifications do you need?At least 5 years of experience working in a business to business customer service or administrative capacityEnergetic self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environmentAttention to detail and accuracyStrong research skillsStrong prioritization and time-management skillsFlexibility and agility, with the ability to multitaskProblem-solving skillsStrong computer skills and proficiency in MS Office, Word, and ExcelExcellent verbal and written communication skillsSalesforce experience a plusCandidates for this position must be eligible to work without sponsorship. Time on-site or time zone may be necessary based on business need.At CSC, compensation decisions are dependent on a number of factors including job location and the knowledge and experience of each individual.
